Halo Water Proofing has been the Saint Paris area's go-to call for Crawl Space Encapsulation because we answer the phone, show up on time, and stand behind the work.
We're Halo Water Proofing — a OH-licensed, fully insured waterproofing outfit that's spent years learning exactly how water moves through Saint Paris-area foundations, and exactly how to stop it.
We don't send apprentices to figure it out on your dime. Every Saint Paris job is run by a technician who has done this exact repair dozens of times, with a supervisor who signs off before we call it finished.
Call now and talk to an actual technician, not a script. We'll walk you through what's likely going on and get a crew scheduled.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Saint Paris customers didn't wake up one day with a flooded basement. It usually started small. These are the early signs worth calling about.
Odor is often the first sign Saint Paris customers notice, well before any visible water shows up.
Even small cracks are worth a second look — they rarely stay small once seasonal ground movement gets involved.
It's easy to dismiss efflorescence as harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement through the wall.
If your pump is running around the clock instead of only during storms, it's worth having it evaluated before it fails completely.
A bowing basement wall is a structural concern in addition to a water one — this is the kind of Saint Paris call we prioritize fast.
Flooring that's cupping or warping near an exterior wall is a common clue our Saint Paris crews trace back to a drainage issue.
From an emergency pump swap at 2 a.m. to a full exterior drainage system, this is the work we do in Saint Paris every day.
Storm season in Saint Paris, OH means our emergency line gets busy fast — we triage calls by severity so active flooding at your Saint Paris address jumps the queue ahead of routine inspections.
Call for Emergency Service →Hairline cracks are how most Saint Paris basements start leaking. We use hydraulic cement injection to seal the crack from the inside out, stopping the leak at the source instead of just painting over the symptom.
Get a Crack Assessment →Most sump pump failures we see in Saint Paris happen during the exact storms that need them most — a battery backup closes that gap when the power drops.
Schedule a Pump Inspection →For Saint Paris properties fighting grading or drainage issues, an exterior French drain can intercept water before it ever reaches the foundation wall at all. We map your yard's slope and water flow before recommending which approach fits.
Ask About Drain Systems →A damp, uninsulated crawl space under a Saint Paris home drives up humidity, invites mold, and wastes energy year-round. We seal it with heavy-duty vapor barrier, address any standing moisture, and can add dehumidification if needed.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →We can phase larger Saint Paris commercial projects around business hours or tenant schedules so operations aren't disrupted mid-project.
